The administrator of users' personal data on behalf of the Immortal Fleet Gaming Community is E-Project, ul. Solipska 33/21 02-482 Warsaw, Poland.

There are two avenues through which we collect and process your data:

› via the contact form, if you use it
› via the officer application, again, if you use it

Contact Form

Should you use the contact form, you will send us an e-mail with the data provided in the form input fields, those being at the very least your name and your e-mail address. You can additionally choose to provide your Discord name. That information is going to be processed solely for the purpose of contacting you in reply, and will be stored on our mail server for the duration of our communication. As soon as your question is answered or your issue resolved, we will remove the entire contact history, including the data you provided - we have no reason to store it.

Should you use the contact form, you automatically consent to the processing of the personal data you provided for the purpose of establishing bilateral contact, according to EU privacy laws. Using the form and so providing the data is not obligatory. Providing us with a name and an e-mail address is necessary for us to be able to write you back. You confirm that you have been informed of your ability to access to your data, and correction thereof, as well as the right to request an immediate cessation of the data's processing.

Application Form

Should you choose to apply for officer rank in one of our guilds, you will be requred to fill in an application form. It does not contain any sensitive data requests, it will however ask for your e-mail and discord name to allow us to contact you regarding your application. The use of this form is completely voluntary, but remains the only way to apply for staff position within our community. We would like to remind you that staff positions are voluntary and not paid. We base these on verbal agreement and any staff member can resign from their position at any point, freely. No personal data you provide us with will ever be shared with a third party. We don't keep a database with the e-mails and discord names provided to us. The form submits as an e-mail message we will remove once we no longer require to contact you with the information provided within.

Cookies

Our website, like most others, makes use of Cookies. accepted is set when clicking the Accept button of the Cookie banner, saving your Cookie preference (so you won't be asked again). It expires after three months.
PHPSESSID is required for the filesharing platform to work. With it being a technical Cookie necessary for the filesharing platform to work, we set this Cookie without asking for your permission. It expires once you end your browsing session.
